In Person Classes

Weekly classes at Arad Goch in Aberystwyth. All levels / beginners welcome. All ages / shapes / sizes / genders welcome. Please bring a mat.

Tuesday, 6pm, Flow & Unwind - Breath paced, core connected flow, moving with curiosity and layered so you can find what your body needs on the day. Longer held poses to unravel deep seated tension on all levels. Breath. Meditation. Relaxation.

Thursday 6pm - Be Nourished - Gentle yoga to soothe your soul. Easeful movement and beautiful stretches to help you slow down and return to calm and harmony. Breath. Meditation. Relaxation.

One to One Sessions

Sessions designed to suit your unique needs. These can include:
