
Through embodiment practices, somatic movement, breathwork, sound, and ritual, we’ll explore how to honour and express challenging emotions as vital messengers. Together, we’ll learn to identify and work with boundaries, access the intelligence of the body, the wisdom of sacred rage and create space for grounded emotional presence. This is a space to learn how to listen deeply, move authentically, and reclaim the power of your full emotional spectrum. The day will also include restorative yoga and sound to relax and unwind. All bodies and levels of experience welcome.
